- Delivery is to Ground Floor only, unless otherwise arranged. You must advise us if access is difficult or above ground.
- Delivery does NOT include assembly or rubbish removal unless otherwise arranged, and may incur an additional fee.
- Some products come flat-packed or in multiple heavy pieces. You MUST advise us if Assembly is required.
- Please review our helpful pointers for accepting delivery of your furniture.
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.
