ART DECO

Art Deco is an influential design movement that first appeared in France in the 1920's, and soon thereafter flourished on the international scene. It is an eclectic style that is often characterized by rich colours, bold geometric shapes and lavish ornamentation. In it's prime, Art Deco represented luxury, glamour, exuberance and faith in social and technological progress. Today, it continues to be adored and adopted by many stylists and designers, particularly when decorating urban interiors and apartments.
