• Place your order early if a Special Custom Order is required, particularly if you are building or renovating, as the lead time is generally around 20 weeks.
• Prices are locked in at the time of sale, so you are protected from any price increase.
• We only require a deposit of 50% of the order total for Special Orders.
• The website will only accept payment in FULL.  If you prefer to make a 50% deposit, choose PAY BY PHONE or DIRECT DEPOSIT during the checkout process.
• Credit Card payments can be made over the telephone, or through the highly secure checkout process of this website (Paypal).
• You can save around 1.5% on credit card fees by paying by Direct Deposit.

• Delivery is to Ground Floor only, unless otherwise arranged. You must advise us if access is difficult or above ground.
• Delivery does NOT include assembly or rubbish removal, unless otherwise arranged.
• Some products come flat-packed. You MUST advise us if Assembly is required.
