Due the Covid-19 Pandemic, the industry as a whole is experiencing some very trying times. This includes, but not limited to:
- Extended Lead Times due to impact on factories (reduced operations and excessive worldwide order demands)
- Increased production costs
- Problematic shipping logistics and huge increase in shipping costs
As a result, it is difficult to plan when exactly goods will arrive and at what cost. We simply ask for your patience and cooperation, which will be greatly appreciated.
Maison Living will not be held responsible for production or shipping delays caused by the Covid-19 or any similar pandemic or crisis. Please understand that we try our best to fulfil your order in a timely manner.

Customer SERVICE Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm - OPEN by APPOINTMENT ONLY
CLOSED (No Service): Sunday
LEVEL 4 Lockdown:
Customer SERVICE Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, ONLINE and PHONE ONLY - Showroom closed
CLOSED (No service): Saturday and Sunday
- Showroom Open by APPOINTMENT ONLY during Lockdown Level 3
- Showroom CLOSED during Lockdown Level 4
- Phone Lines operating as usual
- Helpdesk and Email operating as usual
- On-Line Store operating as usual
- Deliveries local and interstate are still in operation
- It is a requirement to wear MASKS when entering the store
For local deliveries that require us to enter your property, we will be using personal protective equipment (masks and gloves).
We ask for your patience when trying to contact us. We have limited staff and phone lines to handle your inquiries during peak periods.
