Previously Registered Users

For your convenience, all USER logins from our old website have been exported across to this new site.  The only difference is that your LOGIN is your EMAIL.  For security reasons we could not export your password, so by default we created one for you - it is the first (up to) 8 characters of your old Username (that you used to login with), without embedded blanks.

If you have any difficulty with the password, just click "Forgot my Password" on the login page and have a new one generated for you.

Users that had Trade Access may need to re-apply.  Unfortunately the information exported from our old website did not include the account type.  We have your ABN, but we need to manually check each one again, as time permits.  Contact us directly if you require prompt attention.
